Re: sharutils-4.6.3 test failures

Thanks, Paul, for the patch to tests/shar-3 in sharutils-4.6.3.
I applied it in a renamed copy, sharutils-4.6.3.p1, and have just
rerun the build test on all of the failing systems (OSF/1 and Solaris).
All report five successful tests, so I'm going to install the
patched version on those systems.
