RFE: msgcat - use auxiliary translation

hello,

i was wondering where to send request for enhancement for gettext
utils - hope this is the right place. what i am looking for is a
console program that would replace kbabel's function for using
auxiliary file.

that said when i have two affine languages, one translated better than
the other i could combine them so the translation process is smoother.

msgcat --use-first is rather close to solving this problem, however
what i would need is to

1) set fuzzy flag for automated translated msgid
2) ignore fuzzy translation strings (this can be easily workarounded
by removing them from the auxiliary file)
