GETTEXT: Character encoding issues with the online manual

Hello,

Please see the following screenshot for character encoding issues with
the online gettext manual at
http://www.gnu.org/software/gettext/manual/gettext.html

By browser reported the encoding to be Latin-1 so perhaps you have
some misbehaved headers of some sort.
