Personally, I prefer to have the default path set explicitly with the
appropriate option, and not implicitly by the user selecting a file in
a different directory.  However, I think Albert's suggestion of an
extra button is a good idea -- I'll look into adding this one day soon
unless somebody else has a better idea or beats me to it.
