You did wait long enough?
Once the generation seemed to be finished, it still takes a while for
Windows to 'write' the .bd file.
For the 118 MB file it took 15 mins here (PIII, 256MB, other programs
running)
(Just leave the DOS window until you see the cursor)
And.... I'm talking about the previous version of makebearoff.
