I tried to reproduce the assertion error. I ran builds 021213 till 021222
(published today).
I can not reproduce the error.

But when I run gnubg.exe from 'how to make your own build', without any bear
off db, without the weights, the program crashed.
File: play.c
Line: 475
Expression: pmr->n.iMove > = 0 && pmr-> n.iMove <= pmr -> n.ml.cMoves

Once the file gnubg.wd (weights) was in the Installed directory, the program
continued normally.

So:
There has to be something with you gnubg.wd file.

Download it again?
Nardy

Well i 've downloaded everything again. Including the "do you have " files
from
Nardy's page. The snapshot of 021212 works fine. But 021220 produces still
the same error. BTW are they compiled with the same compiler ?
