I think J?rn is right (at least, when I wrote the image generation code,
I generated only images which I saw the HTML export code used).  I might
have missed some, of course.

Well spotted!  I went to fix this in CVS, and got a conflict with J?rn's
patch... I might have beaten him to it, but my poor 56k modem is snowed
under FTPing GTK+ 2.2!
