[Bug-gnubg] PNG Export

Sorry if I'm driving you guys crazy today, but for obvious reasons, I'm
going through and testing pretty much everything. I tested the PNG
export feature, and think it is truly very cool, however, I noticed that
it doesn't add the .PNG extension when saving, so that if the user
doesn't add it, the image file is saved with no extension of any kind.
