Else people may get tired and miss the netiquette stuff below.

Also, bugs should be reported using the bug tracker, which pretty much
enforces the supply of (almost) all necessary information.

For attachments I wouldn't be so strict, but allow small ones, maybe
up to 10-20 kB. They should preferably compressed, however. And with
this, sgf or html usually don't exceed this limit. Then the entire
information remains together.

6 b.
   When writing a new posting please do _not_ reply to an old message.
   People using mailers with a threaded view will find this new
   posting in a thread that is completely irrelevant and likely rather
   old.
