[Bug-gnubg] python gnubg.match() command

I am committing an initial version of python gnubg.match().
Perhaps premature, but I am looking for
 - others compiling it on various machines.
 - others trying it out
 - comments (of any kind)

Please understand that it is not complete, might contain bugs, and is 
likely to change, so don't start writing any big scripts please ...
