The short answer is Zadeh.

However, I think I provided a .gnubgautorc file in the installation archive
that loaded Jacobs & Trice for the Windows installation. IIRC, I have
removed this file from the latest installation archives. So the real answer
is that it uses Zadeh as the default table, but some installaton archives,
may load Jacobs and Trice at startup.
