[Bug-gnubg] panel Windows bug

Build Aug 28 03 introduced a Windows XP bug:

1) I mapped my middle mouse button to "double click". This works everywhere
except for the filebrowser navigations in gnubg (It worked in version
Aug 26 03).

2) Also if I select a directory by single click and press OK (as opposed
to double click on the left list in the filebrowser) it reports "can't
find".

An older bug:

4) I "save as" a suggested fn appears. Often I like the name but want to
save in a differencet directory. If I select a different directory the
suggested filename disappears.

Finally, in the panel version I assume the "Details" button will
eventually show gammon, lose gammon etc. chances again. I find these the
most important to figure out WHY my move was best.

I thought I had a pretty good graphics card (I can play most real-time
games, yet the "test" in the panel version effectively tells me to go to
the store and buy a better one if I want to use 3D boards.
