This suggestion came once some time ago. The problem with it is that it's 
not clear what you'll change - the side on roll, the board orientation, 
swap the players, ...
Besides, there are already two ways to set the player on roll: clicking on 
the small die icons below and clicking at either side of the board where 
the dice would appear (this also sets the dice rolled).
