Win32, ChangeLog 1.1371, Sep 12th

case MOVE_TIME caused problems building the no-gui without #define 
USE_TIMECONTROL

analysis.c, gnubg.c, html.c, latex.c, postscript.c and text.c
have line:
case MOVE_TIME

I had to insert #if USE_TIMECONTROL before those lines and #endif 
after them, to make the no-gui build under Win32.

Either that was 'forgotten'.... or I am doing something wrong.
