[Bug-gnubg] BUG/MIS-FEATURE: Resuming a rollout

When resuming a rollout, the display window displays blank details and 0/n as
the progress until the first new trial is complete. This doesn't really matter
at 0-ply. but at 2-ply it is quite disconcerting.

I always spend an anxious minute or two wondering whether I've lost my work
while waiting for the first result to appear.

Secondly, I've mentioned it before; would it be possible to periodically store
rollout results to a temporary file in case of accidents. I've just lost 3-days
of rollout due to a power cut :(
