That's a great idea!

If things are still stalled in another week or so, I'll start doing just that.
Quickly checking bootstrap has 3097 newlines and 101 shell functions in 1642 
SLOC,
so the process will take about a month if I keep to 100 lines or less of 
commented
code every 2 days.
