Update of bug #18088 (project gnustep):

                  Status:                    None => Fixed                  
             Open/Closed:                    Open => In Test

Follow-up Comment #1:

This should be fixed now ... by working (calculating the new value from the
supplied offsets)  in the timezone of the calendar date rather than in GMT.
The new code appears to work for all existing cases in the testsuite ... but
you may want to test it for other cases.
