Hello.
 
If you are running GRUB from within Linux Operating system, then you can easily exit to the Bash shell.
Just write the word "quit" and hit Enter.
 
That should fix the problem ;)

Iam a student, doing M.Sc., Bioinformatics in a recognised university. I just started to learn linux. Using the pdf manuals present in the veb, i am learning the linux. yesterday, when i working with linux, I came to an unsolved problem. Iam using the red hat linux 9. I hve problem with grub. this like command i hve. What can i do to escape from this grub and move to normal linux command and its working.Awaiting for ur reply eagerly.
