I did a clean install of Firefox and found that it works now. The
version I was using before and after the install was 5.4.1.
I believe it was most likely conflicting with the other add-ons that
I've mentioned in my first report, as they block content.
Thanks for everyone's suggestions. I should be able to move forward
from here.
