http://code.google.com/p/lilypond/issues/detail?id=1303 umm... what?You're suggesting that we should document that starting a new trill spanner without stopping the previous one will produce different output based on whether or not the notes have ledger lines? Why on earth would that be a "documentation" thing and not a bug? I mean, there's no way this is a deliberate design decision.
