Could some interested person read that thread, maybe do a few experiments  
with 'ignore-collision and the like, and then post the EXACT changes that  
we should make to that LSR snippet?

Phil, once we have the precise list of changes -- or even before that, if  
you'd be interested to read that thread -- could you make the change?
