Have you allowed wrong actions and attitudes thorns to grow up in your
life and so choke out God's life?
However, as we focus on what God's Word, the Bible says, not what we
heard on television or read in the newspaper or saw at a movie, then God
can begin to adjust our thinking.
Troubles are meant to teach you lessons from God and to help you grow.
Each of those five aspects makes you who you are and makes you
completely different than anyone else who has every lived or who will
ever live.
To better understand how God created you with a unique divine design, we
are going to use the acronym SHAPE.
The desire of an unbeliever is to please himself first and foremost, but
the desire of a believer is to please God first and foremost.

So how can you make the most of the troubles that you face in your life?
Being a believer is a participatory sport, you get involved in helping
others.
" Only by accepting God's assignment for your life will you be doing
something significant. You are like babies who drink only milk and
cannot eat solid food.
An action done with a bad attitude doesn't accomplish anything in God's
eyes.
This morning I want to encourage you to offer all of yourself to God,
accept your assignment from God. He began to help me overcome my fear of
speaking and to get better at it and here I am today, no longer mixing
chemicals, but serving as a pastor. Or is your heart's soil good and
fertile receptive to God, allowing the roots of God's life to grow deep?
People who are growing are people who are learning to love and serve God
and others.
"  To be a winner, you must invest yourself in spiritual growth for
life.
" The basic truth underlying this series is that you and I were created
by God with a purpose in mind. And when you are doing in life what you
were created to do, you couldn't live a better life. Now I don't know
about you, but I don't want to just get by in life.
Each star that God created is different.
" Why would you want to understand how God created you? You can invest
yourself in a lot of different ways, but only by investing God's way
will you end up a winner. See how his wrong choices to get involved in
the occult had disastrous consequences.
This morning think about your biggest area of weakness, your biggest
area of temptation and let God show you his purpose in it.
" Why do I look the way I do? If you're one of those people this
morning, here's what God says to you "Just close your eyes and jump into
serving me and others and see what happens.
Those cover a lot of our temptations.
In the parable of the sower and the seed, the four different kinds of
soil represent four kinds of people.
Now, most people think there are three choices in life: serve God, serve
myself or serve the devil.
God can take you from wherever you are and help you to get on track to
exactly what you were created to do from this day forward. It has parts
that are easy enough for a child to understand and other parts that even
advanced scholars have yet to decipher.

yet in the end it will make you sick.
We don't like to wait in lines, we don't like to wait in traffic. We
compare our house to the neighbors and envy theirs.

understand the wonderful way that God has created you is with the
acronym SHAPE. " You were created to serve somebody, you were created to
accept an assignment for your life from somebody.
