Parted 1.4.0-pre9

Hi all,

I've uploaded 1.4.0-pre9.  The only reason this is 1.4.0-pre9,
and not 1.4.0 is I have an exam on Monday (most of the world's
Tuesday), and I want to have lots of spare time to handle all
the bug reports that inevitably follow from a new stable
release ;-)

Changes since 1.4.0-pre8:
* added ./configure --enable-all-static
* mac_partition_new() now sets the name to "untitled".
* added an assertion, that the disk has the PED_DISK_TYPE_EXTENDED feature,
for extended partitions, in ped_partition_new()
* file systems only get ped_file_system_clobber()'d if mkfs is supported for
that fs
* fixed hfs_probe()
