cannot boot XP after shrinking partition

Using parted-1.6.12-2 I shrank my windows partition
(/dev/hda1) to make some space for Fedora. After that
I cannot boot windows XP (it just hangs forewer right
after the GRUB's boot command). Also, when trying to
mount /dev/hda1 in linux, this error msg shows up:

mount: wrong fs type, bad option, bad superblock on
/dev/hda1, or too many mounted file systems

Here is partition map:

(parted) print
Disk geometry for /dev/hda: 0.000-76319.085 megabytes
Disk label type: msdos
Minor Start End Type Filesystem

3 75798.875 76308.750 primary linux-swap

Any thoughts?
