Based on not _one_ but on _many_ reports, this doesn't always work.
However, luckily, it does work quite often, _if_ people know about
it or find this information. Unfortunately my impression is that, 
most don't.

It was discussed several times why BIOS tweak may not work but it's
fundamentally irrelevant.
