Use --rsh-command command line option: `tar --rsh-command=/usr/bin/ssh'.
You may wish to add it to your TAR_OPTIONS environment variable.
Otherwise, if you want to change the default, define RHS environment
variable when configuring, e.g.:

   ./configure RHS=/usr/bin/ssh ...
