[VCDImager Bugs/Devel] Multi-volume support

Hi all,

I hacked in some options in the cli interface to allow for setting the
volume id and count.  I thought that setting these appropriately would
make my DVD/VCD player (Apex 703) load the next CD automagically when
the last entry finished.  Can anybody with knowledge of the spec
comment on this?  I thought I had seen this behaviour with a VCD I
was reverse engineering that was made with some Windoze tools.  Now
I need to doublecheck I guess... :)
