[VCDImager Bugs/Devel] vcdimager 0.7.11

hi,

i tested vcdimager 0.7.11 and want to send you some
notes about this version:

in the documentation you say vcd2.0 supports 128,192,224
or 384 kbps audio stream (chapter 1.3.2). if i use
vcdxbuild to build with an image with 192 kbps audio
stream i see a warning which says it should be 224 instead
of 192 kbps!? (in chapter 1.5.1 you talk only about
224 kbps..)

the warning noted above looks like:
 audio stream #0 has bitrate 196608 kbps (should be 224 kbps for ..
i think it should be "192" instead of "196608", should'nt
it?

if i burn a 718 MByte image on 700 MByte CDROM i *don't*
have a problem!? i would expect an error that the image is
too big (using cdrdao). why do i not see an error? are
there allways some sectors at the end as additional space?

concerning SVCD:

i tried differnt settings to burn a SVCD for my 
thomson DVD player. it's allways the same: the device
has problems to play the SVCD. mostly it plays only
the audio stream. if i do a forward and a backward
once or twice the device is able to play both -
video and audio.. any ideas?
btw. the documentation of my thomson device says that
it supports SVCD.
