[Bug-wget] -E --html-extension is overzealous?

It would be nice if -E would only add an .html extension if it was pretty
sure that the file is HTML.

On the site I'm spidering, wget converted all the RSS feeds to have an .html
extension which, as you can imagine, leads to some pandemonium.

If wget would sniff the file to make sure it was HTML before applying the
.html extension, my life would be a lot easier. :)

This is with 1.12. Thanks for the great utility!
