no update on this, but hopefully some GSoC student will be brave enough
to consider start working on it :-)
The real issue here is how wget would take advantage of it? It won't be
a trivial task to move the blocking code of wget to use HTTP/2
multiplexing and have multiple requests at the same time (very useful
with recursive downloads). But IMO, we can address it later, once wget
is able to switch between HTTP/1.1 and HTTP/2 offering the same features
which has now. Using HTTP/2 would probably be enough for a summer
project.
