I think what Angel meant was that implementation of HTTP/2 is too
large a project for one summer. Not that Wget won't work on it.
At this point, I do back up Angel's view that implementation of HTTP/2
into Wget may be too large a project for one summer which is what is
required for GSoC.
However, as Giuseppe suggested, we could attempt to simply support
HTTP/2 in a serial fashion like HTTP/1.1 for a start and then move to
the more fancy HTTP/2 features such as connection multiplexing,
multiple downloads, push requests, etc.
