Actually it also needs libisoburn.
(The page lists the three libraries as "Requires".)

You will have to report RPM problems to CentOS or Fedora.
This mailing list is mainly for GNU xorriso, a all-in-one package version
from the same source releases as the libraries:
  https://www.gnu.org/software/xorriso/#download
Very useful for the self-admin who does not want to interfere with distro
installed dynamic libraries.

I could also help with problems inside the installed libraries, but not
with the package definitions of distros other than Debian and Ubuntu.
