[CASHeW-s] Research Proposal Last Run

Ok,

So we're nearing the finish of the Research Proposal. Andrew has placed
todays minutes for the meeting at
https://www.dcs.shef.ac.uk/wiki/bin/view/Darwin/DarwinFourMeeting2004Dec16. 
What I'm suggesting is that each time someone resolves one of these bullets, 
they commit (before doing any others) and then add a colour to the point to 
indicate it is done (maybe a different colour each?). This way we can avoid 
re-doing each others work and further CVS conflicts.
