Enhanced Time Management has been updated in CVS.
Previous one was buggy, if you have tried, please retry after an update.

I speaking of CERTI_USE_NULL_PRIME_MESSAGE_PROTOCOL=ON
when this option  is OFF (default), time management should fine.
