[certi-dev] hi, win 7 + VS2010 compile CERTI 3.4.0 error!

Hi,

I have build CERTI 3.4.0 according to the Installation Documentation(http://www.nongnu.org/certi/certi_doc/Install/html/index.html). but when I build all, the result is "========== Rebuild All: 9 succeeded, 9 failed, 10 skipped ==========".

The error messages as follow.

how do I solve this problem? Thanks

BTY, I want to be an HLA engineer. and how can I get this goal? such as related books, documents, references ...... Thank you!
