Could you please provide manual.pdf (generated by pdflatex, possibly with
\usepackage{hyperref})?
Then, I will remove the old (=1072) PDF version of the manual that I
have put on the web. Felix: if you decide on a stable location of the
manual (probably on savannah), you can change the link (if it is still
needed) on your domain to the new (TeX-based) PDF manual.
