[Chicken-users] CVS and egg updates

Chicken news:

- recovered some lost changes in csc.scm.in
- compiler: `-raw' option
- utils: `shift!' and `unshift!'
- fixed unneeded entries in chicken.css [Thanks to Johannes Groedem]
- easyffi: added support for C structures and unions
- compiler: if the last top-level form of a file compiled into a shared
object returned #f, dynamic loading would fail.
- extras: the second argument to `string-intersperse' defaults to " ".

Eggs news:

- updates to complex and bb eggs (Thanks, Thomas + Sergey)
- Oleg Kiselyov's "make-bit-reader" is available in the "binary-parse"
extension - debug checks now the value of "(chicken-version)" and should
work with 1.66 as well
