[Chicken-users] Web htpasswd / URL to change chicken-eggs' svn pws

I made a simple web application to allow people to change their
passwords in htpasswd files.  The source code is available here:

I made an installation for the htpasswd file that, among other things,
contains the users and passwords for the Chicken Eggs Subversion
repository.  Those with accounts there can change their passwords
here:

  https://cgi.afc.no-ip.info/htpasswd/

I plan to make another similar program to allow administrators to add
/ remove users and also modify Subversion's authz file.
