[Chicken-users] new eggs

Hello, everybody.

The tinyclos and easyffi library units have been moved out of the
core system and are available as eggs (and the latter has already
broken a couple of things, as a few people noted). I hope this isn't
too bad, but the change is mostly backwards compatibly (at least
to chicken 2.41) and reduces the size of the base distribution
(and simplifies a few things).

Also, the following new extensions are available:

- Neil van Dyke's tabexpand, which expands tabs
- Alex Shinn's pty pseudo-terminal interface
- "dollar", the "$" ffi macro (used to be in 2.41, moved into extension)
- updates to fastcgi (thanks to Alex Drummond) and miscmacros
("modify-location", taken from T, which makes macros like "push!"
and "inc!" work with SRFI-17 settable locations)
- several eggs (ncurses, numbers, openssl, magic, sx, xmi and others
I forgot) work with the new easyffi.

cheers,
felix
