I've finally gotten the subkey hashing and UID revocation/key
merger bugs fixed.  These where the show stoppers for a 0.0.5
release.

If anyone has anything else they would like to get into
0.0.5 or feels they need to see anything in 0.0.5 that's
not there, please let me know.  If not, I'll make the
release tomorrow (Labor Day).

0.0.5 should be very close to the beta.  The next release
after 0.0.5 will probably be 0.2.5, the beta.
