I finally modified my pksd from the Horowitz server to bind to a particular
IP, so that now I can run cksd on the machine that hosts pgp.dtype.org
(http.us.pgp.net) in parallel on a different IP.

Once this is out, I'll be beta testing it at dtype.org, in the hopes
of using it permanently soon.
