Hi Everyone,

I applied Francisco's libwrap patch.  Also, I listed all of drew's
bugs/issues on Savannah as pending tech support bugs, prioritized
them, assigned them to myself, and started working on them.  If
anyone wants to change the priorities or add more, please go
ahead.  I'm going to make it a priority to get full pksd
compatibility so that drew can start running the server in place
of pksd.
