Where I can find it? (I checked keyserver.net, and many
wwwkeys.*.pgp.net servers)

gpg --import keys.asc
gpg: key 3CB3B415: public key imported
gpg: key D46DCCC5: public key imported
gpg: Total number processed: 2
gpg: imported: 2 (RSA: 2)
I can upload both to our testkeyserver. (btw: cks version 0.1.0)
My problematic key attached.
