[cp-patches] FYI: [generics] Updated branch to classpath-0_20-release

Hi,

I did most of the merge to 0.20 for the generics branch. But I dropped
two classes:

* Update to classpath-0_20-release minus:
  - java/beans/EventSetDescriptor.java
  - java/util/Hashtable.java

These were changed so much that I thought it was unwise to try to merge
them by hand just before the release (I just ran out of time...)

Lots of respect to Andrew who normally does the generics remerges. It is
a lot of hard work!
