Java Runtime Matrix for UserLinux

Hi all,

I've started a java runtime matrix in the UserLinux wiki, that will 
serve as the foundation for their decision which runtime to pick. So if 
you feel like having your runtime as the default java runtime in 
UserLinux, please consider filling in the blanks for your project. If 
you don't please remove it from the matrix.
