Removing gnu/java/beans/EmptyBeanInfo.java and gnu/java/beans/info/ComponentBeanInfo.java

Hi all,

I'm going through the list of differences between Kaffe and Classpath, 
and noticed that I've never merged in these files into Kaffe.

Grepping around in Classpath sources, the two classes don't seem to be 
used anywhere. Would anyone object to me removing them from Classpath?
