ok, i'll look into this. presumably you're using Folder.create(int), then
appendMessages(), then close()? please send me some code samples which
demonstrate your problem.

i'm afraid i'm moving house over the next month or so, so it may not be
immediate. please bear with me.

i can give you an ant build.xml which can build any subset of classpathx jaf
or javamail if you want - it isn't included in savannah cvs because gnu
projects should really use autoconf not ant.
