[Classpathx-xml] jaxp/transform updates

I just thought I'd post a note ... I found some problems in the
javax/xml/transform APIs, which are now fixed.

What that means is that you can use the current SAXON
engine with "gnujaxp.jar" for your XSLT work, for example
to transform Docbook XML to HTML using Norm Walsh's
stylesheets.

You still need to build "gnujaxp.jar" from CVS for the moment.
