od --help: many translations provide invalid option advice

As spotted in
  https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/coreutils/+bug/784758
fr.po makes "od --help" print invalid advice in French locales.
Unfortunately, it's not just the short-name for the --strings option
and it's not just the French locale that are affected.

This shows 12 locales that are afflicted:
(the "-s" short name for --strings below should be "-S")

$ grep '^[^#].*-s,.--strings' *.po
de.po:" -s, --strings[=BYTES] Ketten mit wenigstens BYTES
alphanumerischen\n"
Н\n"
sl.po:" -s, --strings[=ŠTEVILO] zaporedje, dolgo vsaj ŠTEVILO bajtov,
izpiši\n"
tr.po:" -s, --strings[=SAYI] en az SAYI grafik karakter içeren
dizgeler\n"
uk.po:" -s, --strings[=Н] виводити рядки довжиною принаймні Н\n"

This next search shows that the old --help strings (changed by that same 2004
commit, http://git.sv.gnu.org/cgit/coreutils.git/commit/?id=485a454576b3dd)
are still in use, in spite of now being invalid.

It searches for the old description of "-i":
  -i same as -t d2, select decimal shorts\n\
which was changed to this:
-i same as -t dI, select decimal ints\n\

$ grep '^[^#].*-i .*-t d2' *.po
gl.po:" -i igual que -t d2, escoller números curtos decimais\n"
ko.po:" -i -t d2와 동일하고, 10진수 short를 선택합니다\n"

Is there some way that I (as upstream coreutils maintainer)
can perform the global substitutions to correct all of those .po files?
Of course, it would be better to have individual translation teams
correct the modified translatable parts, too, but considering
the percent-translated figures for some locales, I'd rather at least
perform the minimal fix across the board.

Here are similar changes:

- -b same as -t oC, select octal bytes\n\
+ -b same as -t o1, select octal bytes\n\

- -l same as -t d4, select decimal longs\n\
+ -l same as -t dL, select decimal longs\n\

And here are some additions:

+ -s same as -t d2, select decimal 2-byte units\n\
+ -x same as -t x2, select hexadecimal 2-byte units\n\
