I have 2.0.4-pre3 running on SuSE 9.1 (latest kernel). I noticed that there is a pre4, so I downloaded and attempted to install it. I get this error: checking if security module support is enabled... no error: security module support must be enabled in your kernel I do not receive this error with pre3
Hi,This was indeed an error I introduced with 2.0.4-pre4. I have posted a new pre-release that fixes this problem (and has been verified on SuSE 9.1). Please try out the new 2.0.4-pre5 version.
This new pre-release also will no longer generate the annoying kernel debugging messages for kmalloc.
